Hmm, I love Hayley Westenra's voice, but in this case I'm going to have to admit to preferring Enya's version, which isn't really her fault. The beauty of any Enya song is that ethereal quality that it gains after the many layerings of Enya's voice. Without that quality, this song sounds a little odd and plain, sweet though Hayley's voice is.

Maybe deep down, David Downes and CW management was hoping Hayley would stay, so they would have someone who could really anchor the group. Something which CW is lacking without Hayley.

wooooaaaaahhhhI agree that she does sing loud and loud doesnt make it better, but she sings superbly loud, so really it is better, if that makes any sense.I love this song!

Just because Hayley sings louder doesn't mean she sings better. And Hayley has such a BAD choice of songs... Wiki says she doesn't even let her record house decide anything. Look at this! Or even better, look at how she kills Italian when she sings with Bocelli!And last but not least, she has no idea how to sing in a group. In a group, you don't sing so that you COVER all the other voices. You just don't do that. And that's why they probably didn't keep her in CW.

Lisa doesn't have anywhere near the voice Hayley has. Or Meav, for that matter, if one is comparing to other CW members.

Lisa Kelly has ten years on Hayley and you can clearly see that in the way she uses her surperb voice...Hayley is still a young diamond and as time passes we may see her sparkle become even more brilliant...
